Watching for Miracles

“Wonder and surprise are the voices of mystery. They infuse us with joyful awareness that we are but reeds in an infinite ocean of being.” Victor La Cerva

Sometimes we get so busy getting things done that we forget to notice the little miracles that happen, the gifts showered about us all the time. Sometimes beauty, even in this drought, catches our eye and we notice how wonder-filled our world is.

Our task is to notice. To see. To remember the mystery of our own lives. The more we welcome mystery rather than mastery, the more the miracles expand.
